The room is very nice, the food is excellent and the staff are really helpful. I asked them to arrange a surprise dinner for me and my boyfriend and they went all out! Also we did the boat trip and it was veryyyy good, but they need a minimum of 5 people so we were quite lucky that it was possible. They also have puppies at the moment!!

It's situated in a charming local neighborhood filled with delightful restaurants and bars. Ellen's house is spacious, featuring a large lobby where you can work, relax, or enjoy a coffee—Ellen even has a real coffee maker! The entrance is impeccably clean, just like the rest of the house. The room only had a fan, but that wasn't an issue; the window with a net screen provided fantastic ventilation. The cold water in the bathroom wasn't as cold as you might expect, but it was at a pleasant temperature. If you need hot water in a shower, it's conveniently available downstairs, there is bathroom you can use. There's also a kitchen where you can prepare a sandwich or slice some fruit to enjoy on a plate. Everything is tidy and user-friendly. You can also make free refill of your bottles! And there is also a fridge to store your meal / cool your bottles... You can pay by card upon your arrival at the property. It's just a short walk from the pier, but I wouldn't recommend bringing a suitcase; a backpack is much more practical due to the lack of regular roads. One of the highlights of M'Pai village is definitely the food. There are numerous fantastic restaurants! After my experience in Koh Rong, where finding good food was a challenge, this felt like a culinary paradise. Seapony is perfect for breakfast, while Dragonfly is great for drinks and light meals—especially their baba ganoush with flatbread! I ended up extending my stay because the location was simply wonderful. For 5usd you can take a water taxi to other beaches but I prefered M´Pai vibes.

Friend of Nature Bungalow is a recently renovated guest house in Koh Rong Island, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a water park. The accommodation features a business centre, room service and currency exchange for guests. This was one of the highlights of our 6 month trip around SE Asia. Definitely worth a stay here if you want a break from the busy life. This is a little piece of heaven, a 40 minute Tuk Tuk drive from the main strip of Koh Rong. Staying on a floating bungalow on the mangrove, you can take a free Kayak whenever you want and go around the mangrove or to the sea. You can volunteer to teach local children English, which was a great experience. A great place to recharge, with nice food places around the property and gorgeous nature and scenery to surround you. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The place is a bit difficult to find, once found, it's easy to just stay there. The host Johnny is also very helpful with arranging scooters or anything else.

Rooms include a patio with garden views. Great place in a peaceful location. John, the owner of Blondies is super helpful person. He managed to help us in all things that we needed on the remote Island. Wow. This was amazing place with great host. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a great island vacation

At the homestay, every unit has bed linen and towels. Omg - Where do I start? Sam is lovely! The house is lovely! The village is lovely! This whole island is lovely!! The moment it set a foot on M‘Pai Bay I decided that I would like to stay longer. Sam made it happen ♥️ she’s such a great host! Always helping you out and gives you a lot of information about what’s going on on the island, where to eat, where to chill etc. she always took care of me and was checking if everything is ok. Thanks Sam!♥️ The room has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The perks of traveling is that you meet great people and great places. But the downside is that you have to say goodbye to them ♥️

Each room is fitted with a balcony with garden views and free WiFi. The place is magical, in the middle og the jungle so it's very cool, no need of aircon. The sound of nature is so peaceful. We enjoyed so much our stay there and the owner are extremely nice, you will feel like at home!

It is situated less than 1 km from M’Pai Bay Wild Beach and offers luggage storage space. The rooms are fitted with a patio with views of the quiet street. Great value for the price, thanks for offering an affordable place in this paradise! Shared bathrooms were clean. Might be a bit louder in the late evening/early night but they provide good earplugs. Dumplings and sandwiches in the restaurant are great as well. Bed with mosquito net worked well. Good fan. I think staying on the upper level is better :)
