Situato a Jaffna, a 1,3 km da Jaffna Railway Station, Tony's Garden House Back Packers inn prevede un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una sala comune e una terrazza. Amazing all around. Tony was very responsive before my arrival, super friendly, and has all the info. The house is in a great location, I had a room facing the street and it never bothered me (and I'm actually a light sleeper). The room was cozy and I enjoyed the balcony (especially the kettle lol). Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely visit Jaffna again and stay at Tony's!

Il proprietario è stato fin da subito gentile e disponibile anche nell’aiutare a organizzare il soggiorno e gli spostamenti. La colazione ricca e abbondante. La stanza era essenziale ma pulita, aria condizionata necessaria per dormire (presente in alcune stanze, in altre ventilatore). La struttura ha un’area esterna molto curata e la posizione è ottima, vicina al tempio di Nallur e a mezz’ora a piedi o 5 minuti di tuk tuk dal centro e dalla stazione.

La disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff, la colazione con prodotti tipici buonissima, la cucina in condivisione sempre a disposizione ci è stata molto utile per lasciare in fresco cibo e bevande (e medicinali deperibili). La camera è spaziosa e luminosa con impianto di aria condizionata perfetta, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza di una strada principale. La posizione è comoda per visitare sia Jaffna sia la penisola. Io mi ero da poco infortunata a un ginocchio e ci hanno fornito un servizio di tuk tuk con autista/guida preparatissimo che per due giorni ci ha portato in giro alla scoperta della regione

Raj’s place is an excellent base for a few days in Jaffna. Raj is an outstanding host—very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The rooms are simple, clean, and have great air conditioning. They also include a hot shower with excellent water pressure. The location is a five-minute walk to a few local restaurants or about a 25-minute walk (or a short drive) to Jaffna town. The place is a lovely, relaxing, and peaceful spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is available for an additional 900 LKR per person. The breakfast is excellent—a very generous spread of authentic cuisine that changes daily. We thoroughly enjoyed Raj’s hospitality and would definitely return if we’re in Jaffna again.

The old, typical house is ideally located 100m from the temple and within walking distance of the city center, it's a great place to explore Jaffna, experience its culture, food and architecture. It's also a great place to meet other travelers or learn from Haran, the host. He is very welcoming, helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay and a great time in Jaffna. We where truly, happily surprised by the hospitality.

Big room and very convenient common area with kettle & tea/coffee, fridge, tables, and nice terrace. Great location, quite area but walking distance to the main road and city centre. Nice services, with possibility of getting an abundant and tasty breakfast, laundry, and information about tours and activities. And what made the difference: Dylan was a great host, who adapted a lot to our logistic needs (including a last-minute extension), and both him, his dad, and Hilda took great care of us during our stay - Hilda took us with her on Pongal day, a Hindu celebration that took place during our stay. It was a very special day in their other guesthouse with also very kind Raj & team there, where we got to participate a lot and taste amazing food. Many thanks to all D's and team!
