Really nice place, nice and clean rooms. Tony, the owner, really does anything to make people feel like they're at home. If you're in Jaffna this is the place to stay, near the center but in a quiet road, many restaurants and cafes nearby. I highly recommend this place!!!

Allen, as mentioned over and over in other reviews, is the best host EVER. This kind of people makes the difference when traveling like we do, where the main goal is to enjoy the culture and people, as much as the places we visit. Allen went way beyond expectations on helping us with whatever we may need (from train schedules, arranging a great driver for a day-long tour, giving us recommendations for local places, to taking his bike and buying us some cold beers after hours, or getting up to prepare us an unusually early morning breakfast to go, due to our very early schedule), overall making us feel like his true guests despite the commercial relationship. Well-travelled, Jaffna-native but with many years in Europe, Allen is the kind of person that you hope you have more time to get to know better, and that will remain as a highlight of any trip. The property is his own home, where you rent some rooms. It is a very quiet spot in a green and shady compound in a cul-de-sac, a great respite from some of the Jaffna frenzy. Located a quick 5-min. tuk-tuk ride from the train station, it is also near the main Hindu temple of the city, a couple of blocks away. The room we rented had its own exclusive bathroom, but crossing the living room. There was another room with a full private bathroom, not available at the time. The house has a quaint feeling, very cozy and clean. The AC in the room worked fine and it was very welcomed. Breakfast was great, abundant and tasty, prepared by Allen on the spot.

The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. The villa itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and green setting just a few minutes by tuk-tuk from the city center, a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. The facilities are excellent, but what really stands out is the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. They even offered free rides to local sights, which was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaffna!

Ravi and Kandiah graciously respond to all requests. We ended up eating not only breakfast at home but most dinners as well. Highly recommend.

W żadnym miejscu na Sri Lance nie spotkaliśmy się z tak profesjonalnym, a zarazem przyjacielskim personelem. Panowie byli bardzo pomocni przez całe 3 dni pobytu. Bez problemu zamienili nam pokój na inny, który był jaśniejszy. Służyli radą, pomagali z wypożyczeniem skutera, zrobili nam pranie, udzielili informacji na temat busa, którym wracaliśmy do domu. Czuliśmy się wśród nich bardzo swobodnie. Raz poczęstowali nas swoim jedzeniem. Gratuluję właścicielowi, a Was chłopaki serdecznie pozdrawiam i mam nadzieję, że do zobaczenia!

The hosts are incredibly kind. Adi let me store my bags at the homestay after I checked out, and even to take a shower when I came back to pick them up, which was lovely and meant that I could enjoy water activities such as the Keerimalai bath and the beach. Definitely get the breakfast (you can add it on once you're there). It's delicious and excellent value. The property is cute, with a pond built into the front walk (with fish you can look at 😍), an interior courtyard, and my room had an attached outdoor bathroom (with a roof and walls) that let in light while giving privacy, so I felt like I was in a private garden for my shower.

Raj’s place is an excellent base for a few days in Jaffna. Raj is an outstanding host—very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The rooms are simple, clean, and have great air conditioning. They also include a hot shower with excellent water pressure. The location is a five-minute walk to a few local restaurants or about a 25-minute walk (or a short drive) to Jaffna town. The place is a lovely, relaxing, and peaceful spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is available for an additional 900 LKR per person. The breakfast is excellent—a very generous spread of authentic cuisine that changes daily. We thoroughly enjoyed Raj’s hospitality and would definitely return if we’re in Jaffna again.

Ja wybrałam to miejsce przypadkowo, przez pomyłkę i byłam mocno zaskoczona tym co zobaczyłam bo to raczej nie mój standartowa. Ale : pościel czysta ! Ściany obdrapane niestety Łazienka wspólna - czysta Śniadania : bardzo dobre Ludzie bardzo mili.
