We learnt a lot about Sri Lankan culture and would highly recommend other people to stay.

The owner Ruwan is an amazing guy who goes out of his way to help with anything. We will definitely come back.

Even though hotel is located by the Ella-Wellawaya road, the location is very calm. Construction wasn't done in some parts of the facility. But the available rooms were at good standard. Good value to your money.

The owner is a special person and he will host you at his best, you could feel sourranded by attention since the beginning. The place is a farm in the middle of a sugarcane plantation. You will sleep having an open window to sounds of nature and fireflys will appear over your beds. Everything is super clean and the dinner was fantastic, prepared by the host’s mum. We made a Safari at Yala gate 3 and thanks to wonderful guidance we saw 3 leopards, mangust, eagles and crocodiles We are first guest from Italy..i cannot recommend it more!!

At sunset and sunrise you can walk there in a minute and see thousands of birds. We saw Ibis, 3 types of kingfishers, all kinds of herons, pelicans, and much more. There’s an open air restaurant on the property which is cosy and serves delicious food. We wanted to try the local lake fish (Koralli) and the owner gladly bought fresh ones and barbecued them for us. Super tasty!
