Wish we had booked for longer! Great pool with lots of sun loungers and beanbags. Owner is also a chef. We had a wonderful breakfast and wish we had more time to experience his cooking for lunch or dinner. Were also very helpful arranging Yala safari for us ☺️

The entire family that run this place are about the nicest people you will ever meet. They did above and beyond to help me out, notably finding and then physically hailing mystery bus #10 direct to Elle which saved me 7 hours travel time. Facilities were clean, comfortable and relaxing even though, because I was too cheap to pay for air conditioning, a little hot in the early evenings. I suggest you choose more wisely. They have free bikes, which I was unable to take advantage of but others raved about and the on site food was very good. Bring guitar pics, music, and a few licks for their talented son.

I can't say enough great things about this homestay! They arranged our transfer from Ella and arranged a morning and afternoon safari for us. We were greeted with a delicious cold coconut water, in the coconut. We chose the breakfast and dinner option which makes so much sense because the town is a bit of a walk and after a safari all day (4:30 am to 6:30 pm) it is great to have dinner at the homestay. Both dinners we had were excellent, I think the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! They also pack a breakfast to go on your safari day because of leaving so early. When you wake up they have coffee and bananas for you before leaving. Our room was a great size, ac and hot water worked well. The owners are very kind, friendly and even drove us to the bus stop, stayed with us and made sure we got on the right bus. I highly recommend Tissa Rainbow for your stay while exploring Yala National Park, you won't regret it!

The manager of the the hotel Inbaraj was great! He made sure we had everything we needed and together with his team, he provided a great experience - from the cinnamon plantation tour to sri lankan food we had not tried before the whole team did their best. The manager also organized a great safari trip to Yala national park. The room was very big and clean. The hotel is surrounded by rice fields and nature.

The owners made our whole stay as they were extremely dedicaded to make our stay confortable and relaxing. The common area and garden is beyond beautiful and gives you The perfect relaxation and calmness. The breakfast and food was delicious and we could also have Dinner and Lunch in case we wanted to stay in. Our Personal Highlight were The crocodiles in the pond in the garden where the owner woke us up to feed them. They really took care of everything and made us feel at home. We would definetly come back!

V Cabanas Yala Safari Place se află în Tissamaharama, la 2,6 km de Tissa Wewa, și pune la dispoziție o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. I have had an amazing stay at V Cabanas! The room was very spacious, clean and a great shower with hot water:) Also the view from the terrace over the rice fields was so good! The food was excellent, both breakfast and curry were one of the best I had in Sri Lanka! Lastly, the host family was just amazing. They welcomed me with some tea and were very helpful and kind surfing my stay. They took me to see the Fruit bats view point, lent me a bike, and dropped me at the busstation when I left. One of my best stays so far, so highly recommend!
