The guesthouse is located in a very strategic position and is basically IN the city centre. It was a nice, very big and clean room. The host was super nice: apparently there were problems with my card and she asked me to come to their office to settle the payment. I was waiting at the front door of the guesthouse with no internet (so I could not use google maps) and she came to pick me up to bring me to their office and walked back to the guesthouse with me to show me everything. I’m still very grateful for this!

The hostel exceded my expectations. It was the most quiet and clean hostel I've ever been. Even though it felt that there were many people, the common areas were always clean. The people who have it are really nice and friendly, and also coffee, snacks, and sampoos are provided, which was a nice surprise!

Although I arrived late at night, the host Oskar, came out to meet me off the bus, and then offered me tea, despite the late hour. I only had a short time to spend in Riga, but the town appears to have a lot of charm, and this is evident just walking around the area near to the apartment. The host is wonderful, open and polite, and non-intrusive at the same time. He offered me help and advice on what to see, how to get there, and how to arrange my travel. In every respect, this place exceeded all my expectations.
