I absolutely loved my stay at this riad. I was in room No. 2 which had a fantastic view of the ocean. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed – they greeted me with Moroccan mint tea and cookies and took me up to the rooftop, which overlooks the sea. My room was beautifully decorated, and while I could hear the wind, it actually added to the charm. One of the highlights was when I mentioned wanting to explore. A staff member kindly offered to show me around the nearby fish market, guiding me through hidden alleyways I might’ve missed or assumed were off-limits. This thoughtful gesture gave me a deeper, more authentic experience that I’m so grateful for. I truly can’t recommend this place highly enough. The location made it easy to get around – Google Maps took me right back to the riad each time, and there are amazing restaurants, unique shops, and lively markets nearby. The only thing I missed in the room was a luggage rack to place my suitcase on. Space is a bit tight in this room and that would help. I hope to make it back here again one day.

Beautiful property about 10mins outside of Essaouira with regular buses into town only costing 5mad each. Aicha the manager is such a lovely lady whom works hard to ensure everything is perfect, plus she’s the most amazing chef! Best Tagine ever! The local area is developing with some lovely meal spots in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Lots of space for all the guests and very relaxing. The owners were really friendly and accommodating! We had a lunch and a dinner there and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are amazing - they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our 10-day stay starting each morning with a royal breakfast. And not to forget the nice meals cooked by Simons sister.
