I found this place right where you can truly feel the Mauritian culture. After being away for 17 years, I decided to treat myself to a weekend back home, and this spot in La Gaulette was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon and Le Morne is simply breathtaking I spent hours just admiring the scenery. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. It’s peaceful, authentic, and perfectly located if you want to explore the south or simply relax. I’ll definitely be coming back this stay reminded me why I missed Mauritius so much.

Fullmoon Apartment & Studio está en La Gaulette, a 5,7 km de Club de golf Paradis y a 20 km de Campo de golf de Tamarina. We stayed in the upper corner apartment which has stunning views of Le Morne and the coast. The apartment has a big comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and is light and bright. The large terrace is superb and the rooftop barbecue terrace is wonderful too. The pool and pool area is spotless as is the rest of the property. The nearest beach is a ten minute drive but boat trips to the island with its beach can be organised from the end of the road. All in all perfect. We'd love to come back. Harmonie está en Rivière Noire, a 13 km de Club de golf Paradis, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. Este alojamiento es perfecto. Lugar muy, pero que muy bonito y tranquilo. Anfitriones super amables y disponibles. Es un lugar autentico y que trasmite mucha paz.

It’s a perfect little spot , close to everything you need. The family who owns it makes you feel like part of the family. Food for the soul! Loved it and will be back!

Son House Studio, que tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y wifi gratis, está en Flic en Flac, a 6 min a pie de Playa de Flic en Flac y a 8,4 km de Campo de golf de Tamarina. The owners of the B&B were simply amazing. Kind, gentle & helpful :-) The location is perfect for peace & quiet.... away from the hustle and bustle of the "touristy" Flic en Flac area. It was a cool & calm place to rest & recuperate. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay is provided - a full kitchen & a lovely cool patio by the inviting swimming pool (I had the bottom unit for my 8 day stay). The walk to the beach is quick, safe & easy & the delicious boulangerie is just around the corner for fresh croissants & delicious coconut cake. Everything one needs is within a short walk from the house - restaurants, home-made gelato, the "shoppie" (where the helpful owner advised on the purchase of my data for my stay) right next to the bus stop (to Quatre Bourne & Port Louis & Cascavelle Shopping Centre). Just a tip....rather shop at Winners in Cascavelle SC, because the supermarket in Flic en Flac is very expensive & very busy with long queues & understaffed at the tills! A very big thank you once again to Vimla, Pritam & your family for a lovely stay ;-)
