The Old Vicarage se află în Reefton. Această pensiune oferă WiFi gratuit și parcare privată gratuită. Hands down, the Old Vicarage is the absolute most enjoyable BnB we have ever stayed in. It's very spacious. It's NOT a typical kiwi motel (which we had been frequenting around the south island til then). It has an old, comfortable "relaxing in your slippers" kind of feel to it. The beautiful polished wood (pine?) flooring was a joy to behold. We arrived quite early, because of rain which forced us to decide to skip a portion of our planned route. As soon as we got there I thought, this is a LOT better than what we had planned. We started a fire in the welcoming fireplace, using the firewood supplied. We scoured the library and the movie collection, and found that we really needed to stay for about 3 months, there were so many books and movies we wanted to read/watch. The gardens are lovely (a tad less so in the rain, but still...). Overall, it felt more like home than home does. We really loved this place. Can't say that about most motels.

The hosts John and Wayne are friendly and nice. House is very clean and tidy. Home made strawberry jam is from their garden which is pretty good.

A fabulous spot, gorgeous views and cabin with nice touches., really comfortable bed and friendly host. Topped off by a perfect hot sunny day with very little wind!!

Rocky Creek Shepherds Hut se găsește în Fox Glacier și are o grădină. La proprietate există o terasă, iar oaspeții au la dispoziție WiFi gratuit și parcare privată gratuită. Our cabin were lovely and comfortable, the kitchen was well set with all the necessary things we need. We were very happy to playing and petting with Lucky-the sheep.

Lovely hosts and clean house. The beds are super comfortable; we woke up to beautiful garden view outside the window. It was considerate to prepare various drinks (although we didn’t have chance to enjoy) aside from milk in the fridge, as well as candies and banana muffins (delicious).
