I instantly felt so welcome- José Luis helped me to organise my transport and picked me up from the boat too. I had delicious meals made by Pilar, and it was so special to eat and talk altogether with other guests. The island and this home is extremely peaceful and beautiful. I am so grateful that I was able to stay here and with such a kind family.

The apartment is luxurious and it has its own bathroom with a hot shower and an eco toilet. The view is amazing. Isaac offered us a dinner. Also a good breakfast is available that includes fruits. The price included a short tour: Isaac explained to us the history of islands, lent us traditional clothes and did a tour around the lake on a traditional boat. Regarding pick up: Isaac picks you and brings you back from an old dock (it is on the right side of the Muelle tradicional Isla Esteves). From the Puno city center there are buses that cost only 1 sol to get there.

Terletak 2.2km dari Estadio Enrique Torres Belon dan 1.7km dari Bahia de los Incas Boardwalk, casa SKALA menyediakan penginapan di Puno. The room and the bathroom in such a good shape and new condition! Super clean and most importantly very nice and hot shower(had to wait few mins tho until it warms up). You might think you are far away from the central but there is a minivan that cost 1 soles takes you straight to central part within less than 10 mins and it comes so frequently that you will never have to wait! Big plus for letting us stay without a problem in the place for the whole full day (as we had to get the bus at night to Cusco). Very quiet location!

Diego was on hand as a tour guide, and with heaps of knowledge, he showed us Amantani. Ilda, his sister, and mum Juana delivered amazing local food, dish after dish of local food. With comfy beds topped with llama blankets, we had an exceptional stay. From sharing English phrases for Quechua with Ernesto to drinking local tea, watching the sunsets, to hiking the local trails, I can not recommend enough.

Hostal Sumak'usi terletak di Juliaca, 41km dari Yanamayo Stadium dan 43km dari Puno Train Station. The owner was very helpfull from the start. I accidentally bought the wrong bus ticket and she actually came with me and helped me get a refund. And she made sure i will catch the right bus. She is a lovely person
