I was not sure what to expect, but I can honestly say that I felt that I was staying in a mini palace. It was super clean and comfortable rooms with a great bathroom. The location was perfect! I will stay here again when I return to that area. We truly enjoyed our stay. The owner was so hospitable and helpful in every way! Wonderful place!

Extremely nice staff, very nice rooms and common kitchen and the location in the village is perfect. We could even park our car in the garage. There is really nothing bad to say about this place and it's also very affordable.

La Casa D'Avenida è una dimora familiare recentemente ristrutturata e situata nel centro di Manteigas, nel Parco Naturale della Serra da Estrela. How welcome the owners are. Everything was super clean. The breakfast is sooo good and so are the fresh homemade cakes every morning

We had a fantastic experience! The place is extremely, extremely clean. All design details are carefully coordinated, from the embroided towels to the tableware to the curtains. It’s clear that the owners love what they’re doing and they’re taking care of their place with immense carefulness and love. The host was incredibly sweet and helpful, and the terrace downstairs to watch the stars from was a great add-on. We can highly recommend this place!

Ubicato a Covilhã, a 17 km da Serra da Estrela, Casa da Floresta presenta un giardino e una vista sulla montagna. Cant say enough about this little gem, Carla was so helpful from where to eat, how to get there best,what was going on and even popped to the shop to get me a cold cerveza, The room was fantastic, and had safe secure parking for my motorcycle, wouldn't hesitate to stay again, lovely experience.
