The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, only a few metres from the sea, the street night market, supermarkets, retaurants etc. Very easy to get to from the bus station. Only 100baht for a mini van ride.

The value for money at Captain Joe's is outstanding. Delicious and healthy breakfast provided each morning. Beautiful owners who make you feel welcome. Everything is immaculately clean and well looked after. The hostel itself is located a 10 minute walk from the main Hua Hin beach, right next to the main shops and restaurants, but in a quiet part of town. The owners helped book a car back to Bangkok for my wife and I and provided recommendations on where to go around Hua Hin. The wildlife photography on the wall is also really beautiful and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We also did not have any noise wake us up during the night and could not hear other guests. Poon and Michel, the owners, are incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly feels like you're visiting your friends. Poon’s breakfasts are simply delightful! It was so convenient that Poon and Michel can arrange all kinds of transfers, even to places like Kui Buri, which is quite a distance away. The room was spacious and wonderfully quiet at night. I especially loved the mosquito door — it lets in fresh air while keeping the bugs out. The room also has both a fan and air conditioning, so you're always comfortable. The beach is just about 30 meters away, and the location of the hotel is unbeatable! The views are breathtaking. I honestly wouldn’t mind living there forever. Many places to eat nearby.

Amazing location with a really gorgeous peaceful beach. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Lovely terrace and nice pool.

We loved our stay at House of Jade. The double room was spacious and bright, with a very comfortable bed and silent AC. The bathroom was modern and we only had to share it with one other guest. Jade is a very responsive and helpful host who organized a scooter rental and a minivan transfer for us and picked us up from the train station. She also gave us wonderful tips on what to do around the city and in the region. It was great to have access to a fridge, a washing machine (for a small fee), tea/coffee and bicycles. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the beach, the temple and the markets. We would definitely stay here again!
