The property went above my expectations, it was almost a private villa you'd probably get nowhere in Arusha in that price range. Even my safari guide was puzzled as to how I discovered it. Don't let the lower number of reviews take you elsewhere, it opened in 2023. There's a private garden, lush and manicured with perfection, a balcony, two roof top terraces to enjoy 360deg view of the area and not to forget clear view of Mt Meru, and it's immaculately clean throughout the property. To top it off, the staff was the kindest and most helpful bunch of people, I was blown away by the hospitality of Walter and Jackson who helped me with SIM card, restaurant suggestions, even helping recovering our power bank we left at the SIM store. They made every efforts to make our stay memorable. Definitely coming back here if in Arusha next.

The property is located in a beautiful area, lovely nature surroundings and mountain views. Mathew is a fantastic and accommodating host and tour guide who made our stay effortless. He helped us arrange transport and activities, and always made sure we were well taken care of. All of the food was delicious as well. Mathew has a lovely family and overall this is a great local experience that we gladly recommend! Thank you Mathew and the rest of the team :)
