Location was spot on.. small walk to Times Square.. staff were pleasant and amazing.. we got a free upgrade which was with a balcony.. rooms were super clean.. rooftop terrace was really nice.. lot of options for food nearby as well.. highly recommended

Near to Jamaica Station to catch the train to the city and to JFK Airport aswell as catching a quick Uber or Taxi to the Airport. It was very convenient to be able to leave the bags and spend the day in the city before my flight. Very clean and good communication with the owner. Plus a cute cat will accomodate you.
