Very friendly staff, Em offered airport pickup and was very helpful with tours that we were interested in. Our room was super clean and the bathroom excellent. Highly recommend staying here, I know we will stay at Em's homestay again next time we come to Hoi An.

It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

The Coral Homestay & Pub presenta una zona spiaggia privata, una terrazza, un ristorante e un bar a Tân Hiệp. We had such a wonderful stay at Coral Homestay and Pub on Cham Island. It was easy to see that this is one of the newest and most well-kept places on the island — everything felt so fresh and modern, yet still cozy and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with big windows that offered the best of both worlds: ocean views on one side and peaceful forest views on the other, where we even spotted some adorable monkeys! Our host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He made everything so easy — we rented both scooters and snorkelling gear directly through him, which made our island adventures super convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Cham Island — beautiful place, great service, and a truly relaxed atmosphere.

Everything, simply everything ! The house, location, facilities plus man behind the show ... Hue ! He is super supportive and helpful. We arrived in the property around 3 o'clock in the morning and he was still there for us to settle us in. When we arrived in the house, we all were very hungry and everything was closed. But he took me out with his bike and found a cart and managed some food for us ! I don’t know how to thank him. But above all .... it's Mrs. Thu ... Hue's mother. She is a darling ! I haven’t met such adorable person in my life. In short, you can stay at Kemi's house only just to meet this 2 persons ! This will be a Lifetime experience. I guarantee.
