Yennie, the host, takes time to speak to you. We enjoyed a tour organized by Yennie: with the bikes and with the boat for 4h trough the country side.

She is super friendly and cooks the most amazing meals. The best food I had in Vietnam was cooked by Oanh. Also her sister and mother are really friendly. The location is quite remote but I really enjoyed this and you could experience real Vietnamese life. No tourists to be seen anywhere. Also the homestay is not big. There are only a maximum number of 8 people there and you can connect well with them over dinner.

Fruit provided with every meal (the staff will advise you that there is generally a long wait time). Loved the privacy and peace of the river cottage.
