Friendly host and great location! Tim was of great help in organizing all local trips, tickets and even ordering the tax. Kind, smiling and helpful. I was so pleased that he helped me organize the trips to Zgangjijajie Park, Tianmen mountain and others. Super responsive on the phone, also whatsapp and helped even remotely when I was already in the mountains. The guesthouse is cozy, clean and with a nice vibe. I loved my room. It was spacious, simple, and comfortable. important that I can open the window and have some fresh air as well. There is plenty of local restaurants and shops around to get by with shopping for food, grocery or gifts. If I come back to Zhangjiajie I will stay again for sure!

My stay was amazing! Emer helped me plan my trip in the Zhangjiajie National Park, she was really helping! You cannot have a better host then Emer, she is the best! The room was great too, big and confortable! I recommend and would definitely book here again!

Amazing location 1 minute walk from night market and shops and 5 minutes walk from Park entrance. Both Ralph and the other woman at reception had perfect English and helped us a lot in planning our routes in the Park, purchased tickets for us etc. Highly recommended!!

During my entire stay in China, I think it was at this hostel where everything is 5-star, the people were extremely kind to me, they offered me water every time I arrived and they made you feel at home, the reception was very warm and I will definitely come back and stay here again.
