Hostels in Nungwi

Great vibe, owners always about and super caring of your comfort and feedback. Everything works in the room well and you have what is necessary for a comfortable stay. Take-away breakfast was included in the snorkeling trip which was a nice touch. Nice to have trips organised by hostel. Pool and outdoor area are great. Khalifa at the bar is great for a chat! Having Asha around was also fab.

The location is perfect and the staff are wonderful It’s clean and new. The place is safe with an amazing host.

Great facilities, very kind and helpful staff and a very nice atmosphere. A nice little oasis in the centre of Nungwi. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Rafiki. Is quiet far from town but it was the best choice for me, to avoid touristic places. 10 mins walking from the hostel, you can fine the most beautiful and isolated beach. The hostel itself is was amazing. I was staying in a private room with private bathroom. Everything was clean and bed was comfy. Great to have a fan for hot days. Its similar to a bungalow so its normal to find geckos in room or flies. The staff was amazing and girls prepared a rich breakfast (included). Being far from town, you can call a driver or you can wait till 6/7 pm and go there with owner Rafiki (for free) and I think that is really a nice service to offer. Suggestion: for lunch, you can buy anything and put it in the fridge in kitchen

Exceptional place located directly on the beach, the owners very very helpful and friendly! Great value for money, clean rooms and good food in the restaurant, definitely coming back!
