Sandbar Beachfront Hostel & Restaurant offers a unique and relaxing experience right on the beach in San Pedro. The location, the staff, cleanliness, amenities—everything! All the island is full of seaweed, but that’s not the fault of the place. The view from the pool is incredible, and it’s close to all the bars and restaurants. They help you with everything, from renting a golf cart to anything else you might need. The restaurant has a wide variety of options, with great prices and generous portions. I had the best experience in Belize! But above all, the best part will always be seeing the kindness and smiles of the people!

The staff were amazing, funny and super friendly like they already had known me! I wasn’t part of the activities they have, but those looked nice to have a great time and know people.

If you’re looking for a hostel in Caye Caulker I would really recommend this one! We have been to the others on the island and this is by far the cleanest and tidiest. It’s super well equipped with a kitchen, extra showers and toilets, and an outdoor seating area. The staff clean the rooms every day and there are fans available, with AC switched on from 6pm-8am while I was there. Really recommend!
