Very helpful and friendly staff who were able to give lots of information about things to do but also travel logistics. The building is beautiful and the shared areas are comfortable, warm and very clean.

When we first arrived we were given a tour and a suggested itinerary for our time on Chiloe. The room was comfortable and spacious for us. The kitchen was well equipped and a good space for cooking and dining. Close to town and overall really positive experience here.
