The reception staff were both kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Chengdu.

Excellent location, close to Chunxi walking street, IFS building and Chunxi Road Metro Station, also the airport express and some of the major park express buses too. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Alice, she is very friendly and kind to serve us and gave us a lot of information.

Highly recommended by the Lonely Planet Guidebook, Teddy Bear Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Mount Emei Scenic Area. It houses a teddy bear themed Café and accommodation with free internet access. I liked everything about my experience at the teddy bear hotel. First, the hotel is owned by a very lovely family, they welcome you very warmly and they would make everything to make sure you have the best experience. The nicest people! Second, the room was so beautiful and comfortable. A lot of space and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely believe this hotel is the best option in the area. The price is very honnest. Good location - the metro station is right beside. Walkable to Chunxi and the riverside. Staff members are very helpful. There are convenient shops in the vicinity - eateries, stores, coffee shops, noodle shops, fruit trucks, etc. You can walk around the charming residential area behind the building to see a different side of Chengdu. Paid washing and drying machines on site, you can also borrow the clothes steamer for free. Rooms have good sound-proofing from outside noise but not of the rooms beside yours. Free filtered water source. Rooftop garden and the reading room were a nice touch. They offer joining tours and travel advice.

Chengdu Mix Hostel Poshpacker has been a welcoming haven for international travelers for almost 20 years, offering a cozy retreat in this traditional courtyard house to experience Chengdu's laid-back... I loved the entrance and the chick area around the reception. It gives a homely and relaxed feel. The second floor is charmingly decorated either lanterns and had these wooden windows which gave a super nice ambiance. The staff was super friendly and helpful and arranged dumpling nights we attended - which a really nice way to say hi to the other guests. They provided this and other activities for free- which is really generous of them. The rooms are simple, the showers and toilets are clean and proper. The location was great and nearby shops provides you with all you need.

The location was very great and value for money. Easy access to metro and Chunxi shopping area. The staffs are friendly and helpful especially Lucy.
