Elton was the best host I’ve ever had. He helped coordinate transport and with getting access to things I needed. Place was clean and secure. WiFi good. Location is a bit further from beach but just a $1.50 -$3 USD taxi anywhere around the city.

There was a self check in, nice room, clean bathroom, terrace and small kitchen. Close to old centre and Sucupira market.

Claris B&B - Hostel terletak di Praia, 1.7km dari Cabo Verde University dan 2.3km dari Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde. They didn’t answer my messages in booking when calling to the property number someone that has no idea about said wrong number I had to drive to another place to spend the night and walk alone until a find a new location wich i found pretty a Uncomfortable and possibly dangerous

Lena, Jil, Bacary, and the rest of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help with absolutely everything I needed. They are very special people, and they are running a very clean, comfortable, reliable place. I would absolutely stay here again. The wifi worked well, I appreciated the hot shower, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the location. About a half-hour walk from Plateau, Sucupira, or Palmarejo, with plenty of ATMs, minimarts, and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.
