Everything was great, clean and peaceful! In the women bathroom, there are many amenities that we can use freely. The location was perfect, 3 min from Bikan old History area and 10 min from the JR Kurashiki station. I recommend it !

Great clean and friendly hostel above a bar in the main strip area. Good access to everything. Dryers and shower were super nice.

Хостел Kamp Houkan-cho Backpacker's Inn & Lounge расположен всего в 500 метрах от западного выхода железнодорожного вокзала Окаямы (линия JR). Definitely a dorm with a musical vibe. It's run from a cafe that hosts live music every now and then. Was fortunate to be able to attend one of the live sessions on the Friday evening that I was there. Excellent setup, could tell that they are really one with music. Facilities were great with everything required if you need to prepare your own food.

北房まちの駅 AZAE ドリトミー azae — это хостел в городе Maniwa, в 22 км и 23 км соответственно от таких достопримечательностей, как Shoka Museum Ikegamitei и Bukeyashiki Kyu Oriike Kyu Haibarake. Mr Sakamoto was a wonderful host! He does his job well as local town tourist information manager. He welcomed us, gave us some maps and answered our questions. It’s a converted Japanese house, not a hotel. We stayed in the cheaper dormitory part of the property. It was adequate. In the dormitory side the two rooms are upstairs and the toilet and small shower are downstairs. The toilets were clean and the kitchenette area under the stairs was adequate for simple dinner and breakfast we had. The local supermarket is a short distance away by car and open 9a-9p. Plenty of selection available. We enjoyed a morning walk along the lovely little river and through the town and countryside. The firefly park and pavilion were a short drive away but they were interesting to see. We’d love to go back in the spring during cherry blossom season and in early June for the firefly season. The stars were beautiful since there’s little light pollution!
