The manager Christian was absolutely lovely and we ate here a few times too and the food was decent. Great location, nice pool and plenty of seating options around it. Room was very spacious, WiFi was great and the bathroom was like a 5 star hotel bathroom.

We were in room 907 on one of the top floors, and the view over the city was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was welcoming and kind. We want to give a special thanks to Sokmeng, who went far beyond any expectations. When we asked her about Khmer specialties, she didn’t just give recommendations—she offered to take us around the city on her day off to experience the local culture firsthand. Her warmth and generosity were remarkable, making our stay feel genuinely special. Thank you, Emerald Hotel, for such an incredible experience, and especially to Sokmeng for showing us the heart of this city. We’ll always remember this stay with fondness and appreciation.
