The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable Washroom as well We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions .

We loved absolutely everything, so much that we extended our stay! Hamza is a true hospitality professional, he is such a kind and caring soul making sure everyone is happy at all times. He went above and beyond making our stay memorable. It is a peaceful and beautiful oasis surrounded by beauty and culture all around. This was our favorite stay in all of Oman, do not hesitate to book it for your next trip :)

Terletak di Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs, Balcony walk rest house Jabal shams mempunyai teres. Semua bilik dilengkapi dengan bilik mandi peribadi dengan bidet, pengering rambut dan selipar. The location of the property is at the start of Balcony walk. We stayed one night and started Balcony walk at 8am. Before groups. We returned at 11.30 and took a shower. Our car was parked in front of the room. For getting there you definitely need 4WD car. Last few kilometers are realy bad. There is posibility for local breakfast for 3orm per person. There is also a small kitchen where you can prepare a breakfast on your own. The host was friendly. He explain us everything. He was waiting for us with tea.

Very good location (near Nizwa Fort and Souq) and great facilities considering the price. The host is super nice and helpful, with a lot of useful tips. 100% recommend.
