Best hostel I've ever been to! Being all women, the environment is relaxed, safe, and very friendly. The WhatsApp group and social events (combined with coed sister hostels) made it so easy to make friends! Definitely stay here if you are considering it. Spacious and clean rooms as well. Excellent common area with hammocks, tables, kitchen, outdoor shower, etc. Towels and beach gear available to borrow for free.

Located on the southern coast of Honolulu Island, this hostel is one block from Kuhio Beach and the Honolulu Zoo. The Polynesian Hostel offers comfortable accommodations. The experience was amazing. The staff was so incredibly helpful with everything, I actually have no words. They have a list of activities for the week, things that are happening around or in the hostel and the area itself. The cleaning was done everyday and common areas were so cute. They had chargers in the 'kitchen' area at the tables and everything was well thought of.
