After staying one night I decided to go to a different hostel because I wanted less of a party vibe, but I came back to this hostel afterwards because I realized it has the best facilities. The beds are super comfortable and clean with curtains and shelf room, the dorm is quiet and very clean and an A/C was working in the room to insure comfortable temperature (fans also available), huge lockers, boiling hot water in the shower (though not sure if it runs out at some point) with great water pressure. The breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet with eggs made to order and even some fruit and vegetables. Also, there were many extra toilets and showers on the first floor so even if the en-suite in the room is occupied you can use them instead. I was very impressed with the facilities in this place, it's very rare in Vietnam. The staff was also super helpful with everything and spoke good English. Also, all the inter-city buses stop at this hostel so it's super comfortable when traveling to or from Phong Nha.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from the river, which made for some lovely morning and evening strolls. They also offer convenient services like laundry, a shuttle and local tours, which made everything super easy. I really appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. Would definitely stay here again!

He was so friendly, always smile and very helpful, he woke up very early to welcome us in 3: 00 AM, he introduced us to explore the Ruc Mon cave. Everything was great, the cave is so beautiful and impressive, food is absolutely amazing ! I will definitely reccommend this hostel to everyone!
