If the established check-out time of 11:00 is not met, the property will charge a EUR 0.50 surcharge per minute after the check-out time.
The property must collect a tourist tax of EUR 2.09 per person per night. Payment is made online before check-in via Bizum or PayLink. The property will not activate the access codes for the accommodation until payment has been received.
Please note that by confirming your reservation, you agree to send a photo of the ID (both sides) of all guests staying in the apartment. This is required to comply with the legal registration requirements of the Andorran Government. The access codes for the accommodation will not be activated without this information.
Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in.
