## The space Welcome to my home! Our apartment is composed of: - A living room with a comfy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. A dining table for 2 is at your disposal. - A bedroom with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linen. - A fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all the kitchenware that you need. There's also a washer that you can use. - A bathroom with a bathtub. - Access to shared facilities in the building: The swimming pool, and gym. Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitization before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
