All non Dubai residents must present their valid Passport and for GCC nationality and Dubai residents must present National ID upon check-in.
For refundable bookings, pre-authorization for the first night will be deducted 2 weeks prior to arrival.
For non-refundable bookings, credit/debit card will be charged the amount of the entire stay at the time when the booking is made and will not be refunded.
Credit card used for booking should be presented to reception on arrival.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
