For the safety and hygiene of our guests, cooking items are not permitted in our rooms and villas. Furthermore, outside food and shisha are not allowed in the Resort.
Please note that due to payment procedures, debit cards cannot be used at the time of booking. You must use a valid credit card at the time of booking which might be pre-authorized prior to arrival date. Debit cards can only be used upon arrival at the property. Guests are required to show a valid, original ID and credit card upon check-in.
The maximum occupancy in a room is 2 adults and 1 kid aged below 05.99 years they can stay with their parents or adults in the existing bed provided in the room When Booked Room Types are Guest Room, Lagoon View Room, Sea View Room. We understand that families often travel together, and we welcome children of all ages to stay with their parents or adults.
For children aged 06 and below 11.99 years, they can stay with their parents or adults in the existing bed provided in the room when Booked Room Type are Garden View Room, Pool View Room, Specious Guest Room and subject to charge for Booked Meal Plan. However, for child age 12 years and above consider and adult and require to book additional Room.
