Welcome to our villa! My name is Jona Kerma and I will try my best to make your stay with us unforgettable. This is a local family-run business, which means that we will personally take care that all your requests and needs are met. We have lived in this area for over 20 years, and we’d gladly give you the best recommendations and places to visit in the city or region.

Located just a few steps away from the sea, this villa offers a breathtaking view and a quiet space to spend your summer days. It is just a 10 minute drive from the city center, in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. All the rooms have a sea view, and you will also have free access to our private beach, gardens and terrace. The villa is surrounded by various gardens and flowers. Upon request, you can also get a taste of the Mediterranean cuisine and Albanian traditional food, cooked with fresh local products. There are various other beaches nearby, as well as hiking paths and roads by the shore. Other beaches such as the Three Islands of Ksamil, Borshi beach, Krorez beach, Lukova caves beach, Kakome beach, and many others are just a short drive away.
