Layout & Features On the first floor, you'll find a cosy bedroom furnished with two single beds, ideal for restful nights. The second floor features two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and breathtaking sea views, and the other with two single beds and a charming chimney that adds a touch of warmth and character. Also on the second floor is a bright and airy living room, perfect for relaxation, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and stovetop—everything you need to feel at home. Outdoor Living The highlight of the property is its stunning terrace, offering panoramic views of the sea. With a comfortable outdoor seating area, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine, enjoy al fresco dining, or simply take in the sunset. Unique Touches In keeping with the villa’s 100-year-old heritage, the bathroom is located separately on the first floor, exactly as it was originally built—adding an authentic touch to your stay. This property is free from modern distractions, allowing guests to fully embrace the beauty of simplicity and connect with the rich history of the village. Location & Accessibility The villa is situated just next to Zoe Hora, a luxury wellness hotel, and is part of the Albanian government's “100 Villages” revitalization project. As such, the area is a designated pedestrian zone (green zone), and vehicles are not allowed to drive through. Guests can drive partway and then enjoy a 10 minute walk to reach the villa. We typically recommend parking near the Zoe Hora gate, where you may also find buggy drivers available typically willing to help, but not working for us. Pls tip them.
