Alvear Art Hotel is a modern 17-floor building located in the financial, commercial and cultural heart of the city, next to the historic Plaza San Martin. It is only a few steps away from Santa Fe Avenue and Florida Street, with their countless stores, art galleries and the theatre district. It is a non-smoking hotel where free Wi-Fi is provided. This urban designed hotel has elegant and contemporary style rooms, with neutral colored silk curtains, luxurious marble bathrooms, jacuzzi, and Egyptian cotton bed linen. At Alvear Art Hotel you can enjoy the panoramic city views at the Spa and Fitness Center that features a vitality pool, solarium, sauna, steam bath, and high- tech fitness equipment. Not to be missed is the contemporary cuisine served at Contraluz Restaurant, as well as the signature drinks at Artesano Bar. Alvear Art Hotel is 500 metres the Colon Theatre, from the Obelisk, and from Galerias Pacifico shopping mall. San Martin square is 300 metres away and Ezeiza international airport is 20 km from the property. We'd like to inform our guests that our pool located on the 17th floor will be closed from Feb 3 to Feb 9 due to upgrades.

- In all cases, the hotel will apply the MEP dollar exchange rate in effect on the date of payment
- Please note that guests must present a valid passport, Mercosur ID card, or Immigration form as proof of compliance with the National Immigration Act N° 25871 at check-in. Their stay in Argentina must not exceed three months
- Please note that twin, queen, or king size may accommodate guests in different types of bedding. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds
- Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 15:00. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before.
- The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 17:00, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 17:00, guests must pay 100 % of the last night's rate
- Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable
