Soltigua Apart Hotel is located in a quiet, residential area of Mendoza. The city centre is within walking distance, as well as many restaurants. An outdoor seasonal swimming pool, a sun terrace and BBQ facilities are featured. Soltigua provides a range of modern apartments, with a choice of bedding set-ups and air conditioning. They are all well equipped, with a cable TV and kitchen facilities. Soltigua Apart Hotel offers free WiFi, and covered parking is available for an extra cost. Excursions to wineries can be booked at the tour desk. The 24-hour front desk can secure shuttles to Gabrielli International Airport, which is a 20-minute drive away.

Ideally located in an exclusive residential area, providing a quiet environment, near to the City Center (just 6 blocks) and tourist areas, provides easy access to cafés, shops, restaurants and night life. Whether you are coming for business or leisure, for a long or short-term stay; you will find all you need at the reach of your hand. A new accommodation concept with 32 comfortable, spacious and fully-equipped apartments, with all the Hotel services at your disposal. Unlike other Apart Hotels, Soltigua Apart offers more quantity and bigger apartments. We highlight the fact that we are an Apart Hotel, unlike typical hotels we have apartments that are fully equipped, not simply rooms. Situated just 6 blocks from the City Center, this Apart Hotel is the nearest to Zaldivar Institute, National University (UNC) and Andino Tenis Club. Its name, in Spanish, highlights the main properties of Mendoza: the sun (SOL), the earth (TI) and the water (GUA); which positions our city as the wine capital of Argentina.

In accordance with local tax legislation, all Argentinean citizens (and foreigners residing in the country) are required to pay a 21% VAT supplement. For this purpose, a foreign passport or identity card, together with a document issued by the national immigration authorities, if applicable, must be presented.
