The lake promenade and lake-bath, wait for you directly in front of the building in a few steps from your apartment. In a few minutes by foot (450 m), you are at the gondola CITY EXPRESS, ski lifts to the ski region Schmittenhohe, or in the middle of the beautiful historic old town of Zell am See, with all its facet-rich shops and gastronomic highlights. 2 private PARKING placeS, in front of the building, belong to this apartment, labeled as top 11 on the parking place, only for you, no reservation needed. You can easily park 2- SUV cars and the parking places are near each other. The WiFi is working at high speed and is for free. You stay in apartment number Top 11, it is on the back side, MOUNTAIN VIEW, of the building. At the back side, you will enjoy the AFTERNOON SUN. And because you are located on the back-side, you DON'T hear the NOISE of the TRAIN. This apartment has a tasteful interior, modern kitchen equipment, spacy 2 bathrooms, and a large balcony with the warm afternoon sun for relaxing hours. Wishing you a nice holiday!
