We have been using this appartment the last years and have done great renovation on the appartment. The bed for parents is in a small niche and gets light through glass stones above. The couch in the living room/kitchen is smaller, but was always good for our kids, once it gets extended. The best part in this appartment is the kitchen with the big table and benches with chairs, all in traditional wood from the Austrian alps. All is cosy and easy to handle. A Nespresso Machine for Cappucino/Espresso, dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop makes it comfortable, if you cook yourself. Modern bathroom (including washing machine) with small shower and a seperate toilet makes this small appartment your new home for winter and summer holidays. We welcome you with towels, bedding and a special welcome package to start your vacation in a perfect manner. For convenient check in there is a key - safe outside of the house and you can arrive without a hassle.

We are private renters, who love this area, but due to work we cannot spend enough time in Altenmarkt to hike or ski in this beautiful area. Therefore we rent out our nice appartment to people who love cosy athmosphere and like the charming small village in the Alps. We live about 90 min. away from the appartment but we have a housemaid, who will do the key hand over and who can be responsible for questions.

Altenmarkt with its neighbor villages Flachau and Zauchensee is famos for winter activities and summer sports in the Austrian Alps. The Touristic office is the next house and some steps away is the bus stop for the Ski-Bus, which brings you for free to the lift. If you have a car, we have a parking place at the back of our Appartment house.
