Enjoy your family vacation in our large luxury vacation home with a spacious yard and playground Ample space to roam, yet only a stone’s throw from many attractions. It’s this combination that makes our luxury vacation home the place to be. Quality time in front of an open fire place, a leisurely breakfast in the sun, frolicking in the backyard, or a relaxed barbecue with friends – our spacious home meets all of your vacation needs. The ground floor boasts a 40m2 living room with a cozy wood burning stove, a large sofa area, state-of-the-art flatscreen TV, and direct access to the spacious backyard. The open-plan kitchen and dining area shines in all its white glory and is the heart of the home. Three comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with tub, as well as a separate WC can also be found on this floor. The master bedroom is the most coveted place in our luxury vacation home, boasting a large panorama window with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. The large south-facing backyard is a true hidden gem with its old trees and blooming bushes, making it the perfect place for your hide-and-seek adventures.
Nina and Andy - hosting guests is our passion Nina holds an MBA in business and science, while her husband Andy is a physiotherapist. Their love for interior design, as well as their talent for making homes not only beautiful but also comfortable and cosy places to stay in set their 6 luxury vacation homes in Salzburg and the Austrian countryside apart. The homes boast stylish interiors and the attention to detail is apparent in every room. Nina and Andy have two daughters themselves, and as such know exactly what it is that a family vacation home needs. Tree houses in the backyard, highchairs in the dining room, and the option of childcare for to enjoy some alone time will leave families wanting for nothing at the Holidaysun vacation homes. A homemade bundt cake and chilled prosecco are part of the welcome that Nina and Andy personally give upon your arrival. The Chalet Happy Family is perfectly located near the town center of Golling, yet lies amidst lush greens in a remote location. The nearby town offers popular dinner spots, charming bars, supermarkets and independent shops. The local Aqua Salza wellness spa & pools is right next door. The idyllic recreational area Egelsee is a 5-minute walk away, and the walk to the playground is only 10 minutes. Private parking spaces are right outside the vacation home and are available for guests. The Chalet Happy Family is also the perfect spot for your furry friends. With several lanes and paths to explore right from your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks. Both Golling and Salzburg are the ideal places for your vacation. No matter which season you want to come in, the areas surrounding these towns have numerous sights worth visiting throughout the year, and are no more than 20-40 minutes away: from the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the famous lake-side town of Hallstatt, the idyllic Sound of Music tour, to world renowned ski resorts.
