Ideal for self-caterers, our house is situated in Winkl, a sunny and peaceful area, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing or active holiday. Its central location allows easy exploration of the cities Munich, Salzburg, and Innsbruck, all just an hour away. Prepare for cozy hours and exciting excursions in a welcoming atmosphere. The attic apartment on the second floor comfortably accommodates up to four people. Along with a double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom, which also serves as a living room, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping arrangements. Entertainment is ensured by flat-screen SAT-TVs both in the kitchen and living area. A safe and ample storage space are also available. Enjoy your meals at a table for four, while the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter and pad coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. Moreover, a washing machine and dryer are exclusively available for use in the apartment. The south-facing balcony is the perfect spot to relax and admire the Kaisergebirge mountains. The house, offering a practical ski boot dryer for winter sports enthusiasts, is accessible without slopes. Nearby, there’s a lake (1 km away) with free access and various sports facilities like a riding stable, tennis center, and golf course.
