The holiday home, located near Matrei am Brenner, combines the charm of rural tranquility at the edge of the forest with the convenient proximity to the village center. This welcoming accommodation is the ideal retreat to escape everyday stress and is located just 2km east of the village center, near a state road. The 60m² ground floor of the holiday home unfolds a true oasis of well-being that can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen-cum-living room with its spacious seating area invites you to social game nights, while the additional stove provides a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, including a 4-plate stove with oven, coffee machine, and refrigerator. For entertainment, satellite TV and internet are available, perfect to end the day with an exciting movie or to share news. The night is spent restfully in two separate bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be equipped with an additional sofa bed if needed. The property borders directly on the edge of the forest, a paradise for adventurous children, while quiet access roads provide a safe environment. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy the picturesque mountain scenery on the sunny terrace or relax in the garden. A parking space per apartment aids with arrival, although access requires a bit of skill.
