In her free time, when her schedule allows, Brigitte enjoys hiking in the Carinthian mountains. Our family-run holiday house offers four individually designed holiday apartments, ranging in size from 45 to 60 m². It is located on the quiet outskirts of Mauthen, surrounded by the stunning backdrop of the Carnic and Gailtal Alps. The spacious garden with two separate terraces invites you to relax—whether for a leisurely breakfast or a cozy barbecue evening. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities: In just a few minutes, you can reach restaurants, bars, cafés, and the idyllic Mauthner Waldbad. You can also start extensive hikes or bike tours directly from the house, or simply enjoy the tranquility by the nearby Valentinbach. The price includes all utility costs such as electricity, water, heating, and waste disposal. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided. For your convenience, we also offer toilet paper, dish soap, as well as tablecloths and dish towels. During your stay, you can use the table tennis table free of charge and safely store your motorcycles or bicycles in the carport. You don’t need to worry about internet access—free Wi-Fi is available both in the house and in the garden. For stays of three nights or more, you will also benefit from the Basic Guest Card, which provides free access to the local bus network. From the house, you can set off on many hikes into the Carnic or Gailtal Alps. The nearby natural swimming pool in Mauthen offers a refreshing cool-down on hot summer days. Children will enjoy playing by the nearby Valentinbach stream. Our two terraces invite you to relax and spend cozy time together.
