The bus station St. Gilgen train station is only 200 metres from Hotel-Garni Schernthaner. Bathing is possible 300 metres from the Schernthaner at the Strandbad St. Gilgen. The Zwölferhorn cable car is 100 metres away, and mini golf facilities are 300 metres away.
