The garden includes a sun terrace and a children’s playground. Free private parking is available on site. The open-air museum in Stübing is only a 15-minute walk away, and a swimming lake and a tennis court are within a 10-minute walking distance. The Brandstätter Bus Stop is a 5-minute walk away, and Gratwein Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. Graz Airport can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
