Relax and unwind in our quiet and spacious apartment. The Schareckblick apartment is located on the upper floor of a five-unit terraced house with a south-facing view of the Radhausberg and Schareck mountains. The apartment (65 square metres) consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed suitable for adults, and a kitchen-diner with a sofa bed for two additional people. A separate bathroom and toilet complete the offer. There is also an approx. 8 sqm south-facing loggia. Böckstein is the southernmost district of the world-famous spa resort of Bad Gastein, located directly at the fork in the valley, on one side towards Anlauftal / Tauernschleuse and on the other towards Naßfeld (Sportgastein) and Heilstollen. Lush green meadows, imposing mountains, roaring water, fresh air and countless opportunities for sport and nature. Let's go, because 600 km of hiking trails, idyllic routes for biking and cycling, refreshing mountain lakes and an 18-hole golf course await you. Each of the three Gastein villages offers something very special and unique for your trip. You won't find this much variety in any other Austrian valley. The apartment is located in a purely residential area. Directly adjacent is the now abandoned kindergarten. The bus stops for Bad Gastein (train station, Felsentherme) and Sportgastein/Nassfeld are less than a three-minute walk away. The promenade and cycle path along the Gasteiner Ache river are also just a few minutes' walk away. Two restaurants that are open almost all year round are also within walking distance – the Gasthof 'Zur Post' is a 5-minute walk away and the Gasthof 'Radhausberg' is a 10-minute walk away. The restaurants in the station area are approx. 3 km or 35 to 40 minutes' walk away.
