Enjoy the phenomenal view over the historic buildings and the impressive mountains of the imperial city of Bad Gastein, also known as the Monte Carlo of the Alps, at breakfast, lunch or dinner or simply with a glass of wine. On the sunny slope of Bad Gastein you can also enjoy the view from one of the two balconies. The apartment is located opposite the Graukogel, the local mountain of Gastein, a real insider tip for tourers. The ski room is on the ground floor with direct access to the street, of course with ski boot heating. You can easily reach the Gasteinertal ski area with entry at the Stubnerkogel by ski bus, which stops right in front of the house, or by car in 5 minutes. There are 182 kilometers of slopes available here. For sun-seekers and off-piste skiers, we recommend the trip to Sportgastein, which can also be reached by ski bus or car in around 20 minutes. Here you can enjoy descents from 2700 m, snow guaranteed until Easter.
After skiing, the best way to relax is in the spacious SPA area, which you can reach by elevator in the bathrobes provided, with a fantastic panoramic view of the pool at the Stubnerkogel and the impressive skyline of Bad Gastein. A visit to the sauna and infrared cabin completes the SPA experience. Enjoy unforgettable holidays in a spacious apartment with a royal ambience in a chalet style, which leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment and level. After all, our Kaiser also felt comfortable in Bad Gastein. If you still have enough energy after skiing, you can reach the center and the restaurant and bar scene in a few minutes on foot. The well-being of our guests is very important to us, which is why we have furnished the panorama apartment as if we would live there all the time. As Gasteiners of choice, we are very connected to Bad Gastein and it has always been our heart's desire to buy an apartment here. The great luck was that this was possible in an absolutely top location and equipped with all amenities and the best infrastructure.
The train station, a large Interspar and a myriad of shops can be reached in 3 minutes by car, as can the famous Felsentherme and the tennis courts. The time-honored 18-hole golf course and the Gastein bathing lake can be reached in 10 minutes by car, other golf courses are also within striking distance. Countless mountain bike trails await the enthusiastic cyclist, one of the largest skiing and hiking areas in Austria and all imaginable leisure activities in winter and summer. The unique Heilstollen in Böckstein, also reachable in 10 minutes, completes the picture. All this makes Bad Gastein the ideal year-round destination for a perfect holiday in the mountains in the Hohe Tauern nature reserve.
