Run by an Austro-Italian family, Pension Pfefferdohle is located within a 5-minute walk from Velden Train Station, and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Velden and the casino. It has a large garden with a terrace. All rooms at Pension Pfefferdohle offer satellite TV, and most of them have a balcony. A rich breakfast buffet is served each morning until 11:00. Tennis courts and many hiking trails are nearby. Free parking is available at the Pfefferdohle. The Wörthersee Basic Card, offering discounts on boat trips and other excursions as well as free access to 11 public beaches around the lake, is included in the rate. Lake Wörthersee can be reached within a 10-minute walk.
