I am available mostly through messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

BEDROOM: Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, Bedroom 2 has a double-sized bed, and Bedroom 3 has twin single beds all topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage while bedroom 1 has shelves. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - coffee machine We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 40" TCL smart TV that is connected to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The carport provides 1 space for parking. Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

There are some great restaurants in the area that are just a one-minute drive away. You might want to check out Magoo's Café and Bar for lunch or dinner - their food and cocktails are incredible! For a more casual hangout with friends, The Dock is a great spot to grab a few drinks. If you're looking for some other options, I recommend Local Press Café - they're one of the original cafes in Foreshore, and they have a great healthy/vegan/vegetarian vibe. CocoNine is another great option if you're looking for reasonably priced food in a relaxing environment, and La Rustica is a fantastic Italian restaurant with delicious food and drinks.
