Being on the ground floor gives you plenty of space for the children to run around and play on the grass directly in front of the unit and provides a long balcony with outdoor alfresco dining and private gas BBQ facilities. The open plan living room flows out onto the enclosed sunroom that can be used as a third bedroom or second living area as it provides a double innerspring sofa bed, TV and DVD player. This open plan area provides a split system air conditioner, large flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player, Foxtel and filtered water views looking straight down to Little Beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen fitted out with a dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities and a large family size fridge/ freezer. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access through a sliding door to the enclosed sunroom area.
