Stunning ducted air conditioned three bedroom duplex with spacious living areas that are with a 42" LCD TV, Home Theatre Sony Surround Sound with Blue Ray & iPod dock for your entertainment. There is also a second LCD HD TV with built in standard DVD player & Games console. Modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooktop and microwave. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the luxurious main bathroom has a spa bath and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and the property has a bbq . All this and perfectly positioned within walking distance to Corlette Beach, Anchorage marina and Peppers makes this luxury upmarket holiday property the perfect destination for your family holiday.   We manage both 7 and 7a therefore the extended family can all holiday together and still have their own space.   Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
