HOUSE RULES -Check-in: after 3:00 pm | Checkout: by 10:00 am -No smoking, pets, parties, or events In line with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation (NSW 2020), guests must follow these rules. -Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes. -In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. -Maximum overnight guests: 6. Day visitors: up to 3 extra people (total max 9 on the property at any time). Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests. -No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine. -Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside or in shared areas, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm. -This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. -Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. -Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges. -Baby cot and highchair provided. Please BYO linen -There are 2 parking spaces in the garage underneath the home. -Please note, there are 3 flights of stairs/24 stairs on the outside of the building to get to the apartment. Once you have gotten the garage buzzer, you can use the garage and elevator to enter/exit the property. -Access details to be sent the night before - We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. -Please note, the ducted system is currently not working, but there are portable heaters and fans in the home for your comfort. -If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of 20 AUD per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
